Gippsland Gift Baskets will dispatch your order once payment has been received.

Orders must be received one day prior to requested delivery date. For same day delivery, please call to confirm order.

Get well baskets require 24 hours notice. Hampers with chocolates and Swiss biscuits require 3 days notice, as they are freshly hand-made exclusively for your order.

Delivery:
Delivery charges are additional to the prices listed on this website. Prices below are based on delivery of a single hamper. Additional hampers to the same address incur a reduced delivery rate.

For all other areas, including interstate, please phone or e-mail us and a quote will be provided, as we will endeavour to provide the most economical and convenient way to deliver your wonderful and exclusive gift.

Coffee connoisseur and BBQ Buff hampers are not available for delivery interstate.

All gifts will be left in a safe place if the recipient is not home at the time of delivery unless advised otherwise on the Order Form. If the courier believes there is not a secure location to leave the gift, they will leave a calling card, so that an alternate delivery time can be arranged with the recipient.

If we are given an incorrect address and we need to re-deliver the gift to a different address, an additional delivery charge may apply.

Item Availability:
All items are subject to stock availability. If due to unforeseen circumstances it is necessary to substitute an item, Gippsland Gift Baskets guarantees that such substitution is of equal or superior quality at no additional cost.

Sale of Liquor:
Gifts that contain liquor will not be left at unoccupied premises.
Warning - Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence:
• To supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (Penalty exceeds $6,000)
• For a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor. (Penalty exceeds $500)

Cancellation Policy:
Orders can be cancelled at any time before goods have been prepared or dispatched and any payment transacted will be refunded. We cannot refund goods once orders have been prepared or dispatched.

Refunds/Returns Policy:
Please inform Gippsland Gift Baskets within 24 hours of delivery of any alleged discrepancy in relation to products purchased and received. Gippsland Gift Baskets will investigate such discrepancies. If Gippsland Gift Baskets deem a product to be faulty or damaged from delivery after inspection and investigation by Gippsland Gift Baskets, the product will be refunded.

Privacy:
Any personal information that you provide will only be used to process your order. Gippsland Gift Baskets do not sell or trade personal information to any third party, unless required to do so by law.
